I originally worked with McAuley Tree Surgery who are based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland back in 2020 on their first website, and as their business had grown significantly, got in touch again in 2025 to discuss an updated design.
Now operating across three depots and a wider range of services, they wanted a site that better reflected the scale, range, and professionalism of the company today. The goal was to position McAuley as a large, experienced, and trustworthy operation, without losing the friendly and approachable tone that made them popular with both residential and commercial clients.
The updated design gives more space to highlight the full scope of their services – from tree care and landscaping to environmental contracts – and brings structure and clarity to the user journey. I introduced a stronger visual identity with confident typography, structured layouts, and real photography to help communicate experience, scale, and capability.
SEO was an important consideration on their site to make sure they could be found for each of their services as well as in a wide range of locations. A dedicated service page structure was created to enable a wider reach of search terms, specialised for residential and commercial customers.
